BRUNSWICK LANDING is located on Old Ferry Rd in Holden Beach, NC. This property is wooded and there will be an estimated 24 lots. There will be a single street named BLUE SKY DRIVE, with a cul-de-sac. The street will be curbed with decorative street lights. These lots will be over 7000 square ft. They will be 70' wide and approximately 110'+ deep. This subdivision will be restricted to "stick built" homes (no modular) and will have a Homeowners Association. County water is currently available. Presently, septic systems would be required on each lot, however, county sewer is on the way. The sewer lines on the island are built and construction on the mainland has begun. We have not been given any firm dates as of yet when the lines will be built on Old Ferry Rd. The subdivision will be built with an attractive entrance.
